Chef Megan joined the team at the Market in November of 2014 and became Chef de Cuisine in October of 2015. She was born and raised in Winchester, VA and graduated from Johnson and Wales University with an A.A.S in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2010. Her favorite sandwich on the Market Salamander menu is The Piedmont. Megan loves expanding her knowledge about food and is always experimenting with new recipes.
